MyChef provides a direct-to-you delivery for your purchases
As for now, delivery of purchases covers all of Malaysia, both Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia Sabah and Sarawak, EXCEPT certain remote areas beyond the coverage of our delivery partners. MyChef will contact and notify you if your location falls outside of our delivery area. In that case your order will be cancelled and a refund will be made to your credit card or the method of payment that you used when placing your order
Delivery for your purchases will be made within 3 working days from the date of purchase. For example, orders made on Monday will be delivered latest by Wednesday. And orders made on Friday will be delivered latest by Tuesday the following week.
MyChef will contact the customer via the provided telephone number or SMS/Whatsapp to inform of our delivery date and schedule.
